Layla Saliba (she/her) is a writer and graduate student at Columbia University.

Born and raised in North Carolina, she is currently studying for her Masters in Social Work on the Policy Practice track. Layla is an experienced writer with an emphasis on working with people with disabilities, healthcare policy, and civic engagement. She has worked on political campaigns, at nonprofits, and in higher education. Layla is passionate about making complex policies and social issues understandable and accessible to everyone.

In her free time, you can find her feeding the NYC pigeons, reading, and spending time with friends.
